Subject - Ill ask again

ReplyPosted : (Thursday 11th October 2007 ) By - Ace (Unregistered User) Why hasnt eastserve got a e-mail address for its helpdesk advertised on this site or its own site anymore? is it on purpose so that the only way people can get help is by phoning eastserve.this way they dont have to put up with the customers problems online?? could somebody please reply or answer this post??? ive logged and copied this post incase it gets censored or refused to be posted? IS IT EASTSERVE ONCE AGAIN IGNORING ITS CUSTOMERS please put the helpdesks e-mail details up for people to contact Its ISP by mail when they have a problem (just like grown up ISPs)
