Over 50s make Healthy Movers and keep eyes down for a full house at the Norbrook Community Centre

Why not keep active and make new friends? For £1 people aged over 50 can take part in a healthy movers group during which people of all abilities can join in an hours exercise, provided by a qualified instructor. The fun takes place at every Monday at 12.30pm at the Norbrook Community Centre, Bordley Walk, Northern Moor. You could also come along to the Norbrook on a Wednesday at 1.30 for a game of bingo, a cup of tea and a biscuit.
